Bet-At-Home differentiate themselves from other bookmakers by offering betting on sports which you may not find elsewhere. For example, at Bet-At-Home you can bet on common sports such as Football, Golf, Rugby, Darts, Tennis, Boxing and more but you can also bet on Sailing and Biathalon which are a lot more uncommon. However, a couple of major sports are missing such as Horse Racing and Greyhounds. Given Bet-At-Home’s excellent selection of sports, it’s disappointing to see these options absent.

The number of betting markets at Bet-At-Home is satisfactory but they don’t offer as many as some other bookies. For example, when checking available markets for an upcoming Bundesliga match, Bet-At-Home offered 80 markets whereas some other bookies were offering 140+. However, 80 is still a fair number and featured all of the most popular markets customers bet on.
Odds at Bet-At-Home are acceptable but are rarely the best available. We did find a couple of markets which were in-line with the top bookies but they don’t often stand out.
Bet At Home are one of the few online bookmakers not to offer odds on horse racing. Even though they do offer a good range of other sports, a high percentage of punters will be looking to place horse racing bets at some point during the year whether they be daily bets or a punt on the Grand National or other big race or festival.

At Bet At Home, customers can place ‘Multiway’ bets. These are a great way of minimising risk and saves time compared to placing multiple separate bets.
An example of a multiway bet is shown below. In this example we have used a multiway combination bet but you can also place multiway singles.
Combine single bets with multiway single bets to create a multiway combination bet.
Example:
Place bets on the following odds:
As you can see, we have placed a two-way bet on Chelsea.
Therefore, we have two Tips.
Tip 1:
Tip 2:
If we wanted to use a total stake of £10 for this bet, it would be split equally between the two combi bets above with each having a £5 stake.
To place a Multiway bet, simply add the selections to your bet slip and select the ‘Multiway’ tab.
In-play events which you can bet on at Bet-At-Home can be found by clicking on the ‘Live Betting’ tab. This will display a list of live events which can be filtered by sport. There are multiple display options such as Multi-View and Combi-View where you can add live events to one screen to keep track of them. There is also an excellent sporting calendar which lists events not just for the day but for several days ahead which you can bet on live.
On a live event betting page, as well as listing all the available betting markets, users can view a range of in-play stats along with the live match-tracker which displays current events in the game such as a throw-in, free-kick, goal, substitution etc. These aren’t very easy to find and you need to click on the ‘widget’ link to expand them.
Bet-At-Home do not currently offer a streaming service. If you like to stream sports live, Bet365 is our recommended bookie as they provide a comprehensive streaming service across a range of sports on a daily basis.
Bet-At-Home offers customer support via email, telephone and live chat. There are dedicated emails and phone lines for both sports and casino queries which helps get your question to the right person quicker. Live chat is available 24/7 and you are usually connected to a support agent very quickly.
All Bet-At-Home contact information can be found in the sidebar of this page or by clicking on the ‘Contact’ tab on the Bet-At-Home website.
Bet-At-Home do not currently provide an app for either iOS or Android devices. However, their website is fully optimised for mobile devices and users can access all parts of the desktop site on their mobile.
The Bet-At-Home website looks very dated. However, that shouldn’t put you off as it still works well and once you’re used to where everything is, it grows on you. Pages are fast to load and navigation is made easy by the list of sports in the left sidebar and the Bet-At-Home products such as Sports, Casino, Esports and Virtual accessible via the main menu.
The Bet-At-Home Casino doesn’t feature as many games as at some other online casinos with just 135 available. However, a lot of the big name slots can be played such as Bloodsuckers, BerryBurst, Twin Spin Delux, Steam Tower, Deal or Alive and many others. There is also a range of table and card games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Casino Hold’em, Jacks or Better, Baccarat and more.
17 games feature in the Bet-At-Home Live Casino with all games being provided by NetEnt. Unfortunately, despite there being a reasonable number of games, only Blackjack and Roulette are available with other popular live games such as Bacarrat, Casino Hold’em, Deal or No Deal, Lightning Dice, Dream Catcher, Mega Ball and others missing.

Bet-At-Home have been in business for over 20 years and have attracted millions of customers. Their customer support is excellent and they offer a good range of banking options. We feel their website could be modernised slightly, although this may not be an issue for many. We would also like to see horse racing and greyhound betting available as well as more regular betting offers and promotions for customers.
Overall, we don’t have any major complaints about Bet-At-Home and found them to be a solid and reliable bookmaker.
