GoWager offer betting across around 26 different sports. This is enough to cover the majority of the most popular sports punters are most likely to bet on but there are a lot more sporting options available at several other bookies.
Football, Darts, Basketball, Golf, Tennis, Snooker and Rugby are all covered along with several others and customers can also bet on various markets in Politics. However, if you are looking to bet on horse racing, unfortunately, you may be disappointed as no racing is covered at GoWager. This is especially disappointing for potential UK customers with it being one of the most popular sports to bet on.
Moving onto available betting markets and again, GoWager disappoints in this department. Where many bookmakers offer 300+ different betting options for Premier League matches, there were under 100 available at GoWager. However, that being said, if you are looking to bet on standard markets such as the Match Winner, Correct Score, Handicap Markets or Goal Scorers, you can do so at GoWager but you won’t find many additional markets which many bookmakers have added over the past few seasons.
The odds available at GoWager are acceptable. We found slightly better odds for most markets on Bet365 but there wasn’t a major difference with the occasional betting option having greater odds at GoWager.
You can find a list of sports available to bet on at GoWager below.

As mentioned above, GoWager does not cover any horse racing. This is also the case for Greyhound racing. Therefore, racing offers such as Best Odds Guaranteed and Extra Places are not available at GoWager.
If you are looking for a good bookmaker for horse racing, we recommend Paddy Power, Bet365 and Betfred

Clicking on the ‘Live Now’ tab on the GoWager website will display all live sporting events which are available to bet on. Although there are several sports available to bet on in-play such as football, tennis, basketball and even e-sports, we found the number of live events to be below par. For example, at the time of conducting this GoWager review, there were a total of 17 football matches in-play available for GoWager users to bet on. However, upon checking Bet365 in-play football matches, they had 34 events listed. This shows that bookmakers such as Bet365 cover a much larger range of sporting events compared to GoWager.
GoWager does not provide live streams of sporting events. If you are looking to watch sport live with a bookmaker, you can find a list of available streams on our live sports streaming page.
The majority of bookmakers offer customers a number of options when it comes to getting in touch with their support team. However, GoWager customers are limited to email support. Currently, no telephone or live chat service is available which is disappointing.
Any queries regarding the following can be sent via email to [email protected]
A GoWager app is available to customers with Android or iOS devices and can be downloaded for free from the official app stores.
The app works well in that it is fast loading, clean and simple. It’s easy to navigate using the main menu and allows users to access various sections such as pre-match & in-play markets, promotions, the GoWager Casino and more.
If you use GoWager on a regular basis then we recommend that you download the app.
The GoWager Casino features a range of slots, table and card games and wagers can be placed from the same balance as in your sportsbook wallet.
There are hundreds of online slots available with many top titles featured such as Guns N Roses, Jungle Spirit, Book of Oz, Secret of the Stones, Gorilla Kingdom, Lil Devil, Gonzo’s Quest and many more.
Unfortunately, there is no search function or option to filter the games by developer or title. This makes it extremely hard to find the game you’re looking for as there are several hundred slots available.
For table games, players can choose from Blackjack, Roulette, Hold’em Poker, Dragon Bonus Poker, Texas Hold’em, Four Card Poker and more.
Overall, we were impressed with the range of games available in the GoWager casino but baffled by the lack of search and filter options.
Like any good online casino, GoWager offers a range of Live Casino games where players can play in a real-life casino environment with real dealers and croupiers.
Available games in the GoWager Live Casino include, Live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Dragon Tiger Live, Live Dream Catcher and Lightning Roulette.
GoWager accepts deposits and withdrawals via Visa (debit card), Mastercard (debit card) and Maestro as well as e-wallets Neteller and Skrill.
Although we would like to see a few other banking options such as PayPal and ApplePay available, the available options are satisfactory.
Withdrawals to bank accounts take an average of 2-5 days with minimum deposits being set at £10 and max withdrawals being £5,000.
Although we didn’t find anything hugely wrong with GoWager, there was nothing that was on offer that stood out as better than the rest.
For the sports betting side of GoWager, horse racing is not available which will no doubt put a lot of UK customers off and although their odds are acceptable, we found there to be fewer betting markets than available at other bookies such as VirginBet, SpreadEx and Betfred.
The range of games in the GoWager Casino was excellent but the absence of a search feature makes it almost impossible to find what you’re looking for.
In conclusion, feel free to take a look for yourself at what GoWager has to offer but we recommend sticking with bookies which offer a bit more.
If you don’t have an account with SpreadEx yet, we recommend them here at WhichBookie. You can place fixed-odds bets just like at any other bookmaker and they have an excellent signup offer which is shown below.
