There aren’t many sports which aren’t available to bet on at VStarBet with customers having the choice of over 30 different sports. As well as all of the sports you’d expect to find available at a bookie such as Football, Horse Racing, Tennis, Darts, Boxing, Basketball and Rugby, there is also an excellent selection of Esport events such as Counter-Strike: GO (CS:GO), Dota 2, King of Glory (KoG), League of Legends (LOL), StarCraft 2 (SC2) and many more.
The only disappointment with the available sports at VStarBet, and all other ProgressPlay sites, is that they only cover horse races from the US. Unfortunately, those looking to bet on races in the UK, Ireland and elsewhere will be left disappointed. Other than that, VStarBet offers an excellent selection of sports to bet on.
A full list of available sports can be seen below.
Football | MMA | Handball |
Tennis | Baseball | Cycling |
Horse Racing | Formula 1 | Gaelic Football |
Table Tennis | Rugby Uniion | Golf |
Darts | Rugby League | Hurling |
Ice Hockey | American Football | Netball |
Volleyball | Boxing | Pesapallo |
Basketball | NASCAR | Politics |
Snooker | Aussie Rules | Sailing |
eSports | Motor Racing | Speedway |
Cricket | Beach Volleyball | TV Shows & Movies |
As will all ProgressPlay sites, there is an excellent selection of both pre-match and in-play betting markets available. Even for sports such as Table Tennis, there is a number of betting markets such as the Match Winner, 1st Set Winner, Set Total Points and more. For more popular sports such as Football, there are often hundreds of betting options available, especially for matches in major leagues such as the English Premier League and the Spanish La Liga.
As mentioned above, customers can bet on horse racing at VStarBet but only for races taking place in the US. This is the same across all bookmakers operated by ProgressPlay and is somewhat of a disappointment considering the extensive range of sports and markets that they offer. As such, you won’t find many horse racing offers such as Best Odds Guaranteed or Extra Places available at VStarBet.
If you are looking to bet on UK or Irish racing, we recommend bookmakers such as Bet365, Betfair or Betfred who cover racing from around the world and who run some attractive racing offers on a regular basis.

If you bet in-play then you’ll be pleased to know that VStarBet has an excellent live betting section. There is a large selection of in-play events to bet on but what really stands out are the additional features which are available on VStarBet.
The Multi-View option is extremely handy for when you are betting on or monitoring a number of live events. With this feature, you’re able to select in-play events and they will automatically be added to the Multi-View section. Here, you’ll be able to view the live scores, in-play odds and in-play stats for all of your selected events. It saves having multiple tabs open and flicking between them and is a really nice tool.
VStarBet also provides a live calendar and results section. The live calendar displays all upcoming events for the next 7 days. It’s well laid out and you’re able to filter the results by date and sports to find what you’re looking for. The results section is also impressive and displays the outcome of any sporting event featured on VStarBet. The database is huge and dates back throughout the year and so the search filters are extremely handy.
Live streaming is not a feature which is currently available on VStarBet. Instead, users have access to a range of in-play stats along with a Match Tracker which visually shows happenings in the live event. Although not as good as a live stream, the stats and match tracker are useful tools to have when betting in-play.
Customer support is available via both live chat and email at VStar Bet. Support hours are between 8am to 12am (GMT) and so not available 24 hours a day but the response time is generally very good.
Unfortunately, VStar Bet do not have an app available in the app stores for either iOS or Android devices. We would like to see an app available but for now, customers can use the VStarBet mobile website which gives you access to everything on the desktop website and can be opened in any mobile browser. If you add a bookmark to your home screen for the VStarBet website, it’ll work just like an app.
As well as a sportsbook covering an excellent range of sports, VStarBet hosts an online casino featuring 600+ different games.
One impressive thing about the VStarBet Casino is the number of games by different developers. There are games by over 70 different game providers at VStarBet Casino including Blueprint, NetEnt, Microgaming, NextGen, Elk, Thunderkick and many more. The game selection is mainly made up of online slots, of which there are 500+ of, but there is also a good range of table games such as Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and more.
Be sure to head to the VStarBet Casino promotions page to check out the latest offers and for more information about the VStarBet Casino Welcome Offer.
The VStarBet Live Casino is host to a range of live casino games from Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. Players are able to join tables and play with real-life dealers and croupiers in games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat and others.
There are some games missing from the VStarBet live casino which we would like to see featured such as Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher, Deal or No Deal Live, Crazy Time and other Evolution Gaming live games.
Being a betting site operated by Progress Play, we were expecting to find a range of Virtual Sports betting options available at VStarBet. Unfortunately, this section is absent and doesn’t seem to be offered.
Other Progress Play sites such as Infernobet offer a number of virtual betting options such as Virtual Football, Virtual Horse Racing, Virtual Tennis, Virtual Greyhounds, Virtual Motor Racing, Virtual Speedway and Virtual Trotting.
Debit cards are accepted at VStarBet as well as a number of e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller along with a pre-paid option with Paysafecard.
Be aware that deposits made via Skrill do not qualify for the VStarBet welcome offer so be sure to use an eligible method if you are claiming the free bet.

VStarBet offer pretty much everything that you would expect from a Progress Play site with an excellent range of sports betting, a very impressive live betting section packed full of features and an online casino with 600+ games.
We would like to see an app available along with the option to bet on UK & Irish racing but overall, VStarBet seems like a solid betting site with a lot going for it.
