Ten Premier League fixtures are split over four days this week with Crystal Palace hosting Newcastle United at Selhurst Park to kick things off on Friday evening.
WhichBookie football analyst Matt Le Tissier shares his thoughts on the games and has selected an Under 2.5 goals treble along with some other hot tips.
I can’t see too many goals in this one. I think the value for this game is in Under 2.5 goals and I’m going to go for an Under 2.5 Goals treble this week with two other matches. You can get odds of 4/6 for under 3 goals in the Palace v Newcastle match with Betfair.

– Liverpool and Man City both to win & over 2.5 goals scored in the match will be my double for this week.
Brighton host Liverpool and I’ve been disappointed with Brighton lately. They looked good in their 3-0 win at Newcastle and gave Man Utd a good game the following week but since then they’ve struggled a bit and were fortunate to pick up a win against Villa who had a lot of chances they didn’t put away. Even without van Dijk, Liverpool look a pretty strong team in the Premier League and could follow their 3-0 win against Leicester with a similar result against Brighton on Saturday.
Burnley take the trip to the Etihad and they’ve always struggled against Man City who have averaged 3.83 goals against them across their last six meetings which included three 5-0’s. They’ve struggled for goals recently but it’s only a matter of time before it clicks for them as they’re too good of a team to keep going as they have.

This is a tricky one to call. I like Everton and I think they’ll win the game but Leeds are unpredictable and capable of results. They smashed Villa 3-0 away from home who were in good form and then suffered a couple of big defeats to the hands of Leicester and Palace and so it’s hard to get a handle on Leeds at the moment.
Digne will be a big miss for Everton but I do think they’ll have enough to win this game.
If I was going to have a bet in this game, I’d back both teams to score and over 2.5 goals as I think there’ll be a few goals in this game. William Hill are offering 17/20 for that bet.

A huge game for both teams but not one to get the pulse racing. This is probably one of the most winnable games for West Brom but Under 2.5 goals is probably the bet I’d go for in this game. Sheff Utd haven’t scored more than one goal in any game so far this season and West Brom have failed to score in six of their nine games.

I know I’m a bit biased when it comes to Southampton but odds of over 3/1 for Southampton seems way overpriced. Man Utd have been pretty good away from home but it was a struggle for them to beat West Brom and Southampton are now seven games unbeaten.
Southampton Double Chance (to win or draw) is just shy of evens at 10/11 which is what I’d go for.

I’m struggling to find a bet in this one but I do think it could be an Under 2.5 goals game. Spurs have done well away from home and have scored plenty of goals on their travels but I’d probably leave this one out from a betting perspective.

This match will the last part of my Under 2.5 Goals treble.
Four of Arsenal’s last five matches have seen under 2 goals and Wolves’ last six games have all seen under 3 goals.

Leicester are quite short odds and so I’m loathed to have a bet on this game. If I was to, I’d probably go for Leicester to win & Under 2.5 goals. Fulham will try and make it really difficult for them so I can see Leicester sneaking a 1-0 or 2-0 win here.

West Ham to beat Villa is my NAP this week.
West Ham have been in really good form and have had some good results from a very tough run of fixtures. After their defeat to Newcastle on the opening day, their run of fixtures was pretty horrific and they only got beaten twice in 2-1 defeats to Arsenal and Liverpool which were really close games. They picked up some great results in their other fixtures and have done their job in their latest games, picking up consecutive wins against teams they were expected to beat.
You can back West Ham at around 27/20 which seem good odds.
