What is the offer?

This promotion applies to Race 2 at Sandown, scheduled for 1:50 on Friday 24th April 2026. Bet365 are offering customers the chance to get their stake back as Bet Credits if their selection fails to win.

To take part, you’ll need to place a pre-race single bet on the race and opt in by selecting the ‘Money Back in Free Bets’ option on the bet slip. As long as your bet meets the qualifying criteria and loses, your stake will be refunded as Bet Credits, up to a maximum of £5.

The offer is available from 18:00 on Thursday 23rd April and is open to new and eligible customers.

What Can You Get?

If your qualifying bet on the 1:50 at Sandown doesn’t win, bet365 will return your stake as a free bet, capped at £5. This applies to one eligible bet, and the returned amount will be credited to your account as Bet Credits within 24 hours of the race finishing.

These Bet Credits can then be used on another selection of your choice, giving you another opportunity to get involved.

Free Bet Details

To qualify, your bet must be a single placed before the race starts, with odds of at least 1/2 (1.50). You’ll need to ensure that the ‘Use Money Back in Free Bets’ toggle is selected on your bet slip before placing the wager—otherwise, the promotion won’t apply.

Only bets placed fully with cash are eligible. If a bet is funded partly with Bet Credits, only the cash portion would count towards any potential refund. Bets that are cashed out, voided, or placed on excluded markets such as Bet Builders, Tote, or forecast/tricast bets won’t qualify.

If your bet loses, the refunded amount will be issued as Bet Credits. These are non-withdrawable, meaning the stake itself isn’t returned as cash when used, but any winnings generated from them are paid into your withdrawable balance. For example, a £5 free bet placed at odds of 2/1 would return £10 in winnings, with no stake included.

Once credited, Bet Credits are valid for 7 days, so you’ll have a full week to use them.
