The number of markets on offer at NetBet is impressive. This is especially true for football matches in popular leagues such as the English Premier League. For these matches, you can expect to find anywhere from 150 to 200 different markets, giving customers an excellent choice of bets.
For some lower-league matches, expect around 40-50 markets available. Markets range from match winner, both teams to score and correct score to the number of fouls committed by each team and the number of shots on target a team will have.
NetBet do not currently offer Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing, nor are there any other racing offers such as price boosts, extra places or refunds regularly available. However, they do cover races from the UK and Ireland as well as a selection of South African meetings. The lack of offers is disappointing, as you could be missing out on additional profits should the price of your horse drift and it wins.
If you place a lot of bets on horse racing, then other bookies may be better suited, such as Bet365, William Hill and Betfair.

With a good range of pre-match markets, we expected a similar range for in-play events. Thankfully, NetBet didn’t let us down as there is a large selection of in-play markets for pretty much all sports. You’ll find the most in-play markets for football matches, but we were also impressed with the number of markets for tennis, basketball, rugby and more.
Unfortunately, there is no option to stream live sporting events on NetBet but they do provide a graphical representation of in-play events which is good. Users can also view a range of stats for in-play events which can help you determine which bets to place in-play.
NetBet do not currently offer a live streaming service for any sports. We hope that this is a feature they will add in the near future.
New signups can get £20 in free bets when they place a £10 wager. The NetBet free bets will be in the form of a £5 free football Bet Builder, a £5 football acca, a £5 horse racing acca, and a £5 tennis in-play wager. Here are some of the offer’s main terms:
There’s a range of promotions for existing users too. This includes regular free bets for specific football games and an acca boost up to 50% on your winnings.
There’s also a free to play football prediction game called MatchX whereby you can win up to £500 when you predict correct scores in selected games. Odds boosts are also available on a daily basis for a variety of events.
Live chat, email and telephone support are all available to customers at NetBet. Live chat is only available from 9am – 11pm so make sure to use an alternate method if you have a query outside of these hours. Connection to a live chat agent is generally very quick and upon testing, they seem very knowledgeable and professional.
There is also a comprehensive help section hosted on NetBet which contains answers to a range of the most frequently asked questions. This can be a great help if you’re looking for an answer to a question which may have been asked before and live chat is not available.
See the sidebar for details of the various contact methods.
The NetBet sports app is good. Navigation is easy between sports and markets, and the app provides access to everything available on the desktop website, such as cash-out, promotions, and account information. It only had an Android app for along time, before adding an iOS version a couple of years ago.
The iPhone app for NetBet only landed in 2025, after there only being an Android version for many years. The current rating on the App Store is a low 1.5/5 from 26+ ratings. People complain about lagging speeds and users getting regularly logged out of their accounts, which causes frustrations.
The NetBet app reviews on the Google Play Store are 2.9/5 from 104+ ratings. Many of the reviews are from disgruntled bettors over slow withdrawals, which has nothing to do with the app’s performance. The platform actually gets pretty positive feedback about its usability and the loading speeds.
We’re a big fan of the NetBet website with its sleek look, attractive colour scheme and easy navigation. You’ll find a list of available sports in the sidebar and quick links to the various sections of the site, such as the casino, Vegas, virtual sports, poker and lottery in the top menu.
Once you’ve selected a sport, you’re able to filter the results further to quickly find the event you’re looking for. There is also a handy search box where you can type in the name of a team, league or competition and instantly get access to the available markets. Another feature we liked was having the option to toggle between the light and dark colour schemes.
Overall, the NetBet website is one of the better ones as we found it very easy to use and overall generally very good.
A cash out option is available to customers who place bets with NetBet. To see whether a bet you have placed is eligible for cash out, click on the ‘My Bets’ link. Any bets which are available to be cashed out will have the cash out icon alongside them, along with the cash out amount.
NetBet also offer a partial cash out option. This allows customers to cash out just a portion of the cash out value and leave the remainder in-play on the bet. Partial cash out is a feature which is not offered by all bookmakers. Visit this page to see a full list of bookmakers which do offer this feature.
Over 4,500 games are available to play at NetBet, which is quite impressive. Top developers like Play’n GO, NetEnt, and Blueprint Gaming feature strongly with titles like Starburst and Legacy of Dead.
As well as the impressive slots selections, there’s also a great mix of 6+ crash games, including NetBet Red Baron and Big Bass Crash. Major game studios have progressive jackpots running across eligible games, including Red Tiger and NetEnt. Then there’s a good mix of RNG table games, as well as 8+ Plinko titles.
The NetBet casino welcome offer sees you getting 100 free spins for Big Bass Splash when you bet £20 on slots. We loved how there aren’t any wagering requirements. You also get a free spin daily for the Wheel of Gold where you can get more free spins. There’s even a loyalty program called the Players Club, where you rank up by earning NetPoints.
For those who prefer a more realistic casino experience, NetBet provide a variety of live casino games where you can play with real-life dealers and croupiers.
Live casino games include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, three card poker, Caribbean stud poker, casino hold’em and a selection of game show games such as Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher and Deal or No Deal. Netbet has one of the best selection of live casino games we have come across at an online casino.
Although Netbet doesn’t provide the virtual sports range that some other bookies, such as Betfred, do, it’s still good to see them offering the service. Virtual sports provide customers with events to bet on at any point throughout the day, with events taking place every couple of minutes, 24/7. Currently, Virtual Football, Virtual Horse Racing and Virtual Greyhounds are available at Netbet.
You may expect to find betting options for lotteries such as the Irish Lotto, 49’s and New York Lotto in the lottery section at Netbet but actually, you can’t bet on any of those. Instead, Netbet hosts their own series of lottery-style games.
There are several different lottery games, such as Lucky 7, Lucky 6, Lucky 5 and others, with draws taking place every few minutes. Players have several betting options, such as betting on the numbers which will be drawn, the colours of the balls, the total sum, the total count and many others.
Netbet Lottery is a fun way to pass the time and can produce huge returns from relatively small stakes if luck is on your side.
The poker client can be downloaded for desktop computers and there is also a dedicated Netbet app which is available for iOS, Android and Windows devices and is great for playing poker when on the move.
There are various games and tournaments available 24/7 at Netbet poker, such as cash games, sit and go tournaments, and Twister Poker, which are fast-paced games with up to £50,000 in jackpots, as well as GTD Tournaments with over £5,000,000 guaranteed per month!
NetBet provides a great range of deposit and withdrawal options. The payment speeds have gotten much better in recent years and there’s a good range of deposit amounts, between £10 and £50,000. Withdrawals are quite similar, just varying depending on the option you choose.

The average NetBet withdrawal time is just 1-5 hours, which puts it as one of the fastest withdrawal gambling sites in the UK. This goes for all supported payment methods, so there’s no more waiting days to get your winnings. This is one of the highlights of our NetBet review.
Below is a selection of settings which you can use to personalise your NetBet account.
NetBet provides a number of options to help players keep control of their betting habits.
NetBet is a solid all-round betting brand. The recent redesign makes the platform very easy to use. Exploring the betting markets is simple and the loading speeds on the website are rapid. The only downside is that the mobile apps have some performance issues.
The online casino side is also really popular, with 4,500+ games from leading studios and fun promotions like the daily wheel for free spins prizes. The withdrawal times of 1-5 hours are also noteworthy for anyone considering signing up for an account after reading this NetBet review.
