For the majority of the time Ken Howells has been established, they’ve only taken bets via their shop, over the phone, or at Ffos Las racecourse where they operate a betting stand. However, they now have a fully operating website which offers a range of betting options.
In August 2025, Ken Howells moved to the EveryMatrix platform, which was a huge upgrade on their previous provider. As well as a much improved website layout, they’re now able to offer betting across an increased number of sports and markets, more payment options, better bonuses, and improved player account management.

Ken Howells are fully licenced by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) under account number 422 and is a registered I.B.A.S bookmaker.
So, how do the prices offered by Ken Howells compare to those advertised by the likes of Bet365, William Hill and other major bookmakers?
We compared Ken Howells odds for various football matches, horse races and other sports & events and found that although their prices weren’t substantially shorter, they did provide less value than many of the more established bookies.
In our opinion, the differences in prices aren’t a cause for concern but if you are looking for maximum value from your bets, you may wish to look elsewhere.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any promotions being offered on the Ken Howells website. A lack of offers is common with independent bookmakers and especially those who are using the ‘A Bet A’ betting platform online.
This means that there is no sign up offer to take advantage of for new customers and you won’t find common horse racing offers available such as Best Odds Guaranteed, Extra Places or Money Back Specials.
