So what is Quinnbet’s Red Card Insurance and how can you benefit from it?

Firstly, there is no need to opt-in to the promotion but it is only available on selected football matches. You’ll see these advertised on the Quinnbet website when they become available.

Simply place a pre-match bet on any eligible football match and if a red card is shown in the game, your stake will be refunded if your bet doesn’t win.

Your qualifying bet must have odds of Evens (2.0) or above and be on one of the following markets:

• First Goal Scorer
• Anytime Goal Scorer
• Last Goal Scorer
• Correct Score
• Half-Time/Full-Time
• Scorecast

Not that refunds will only be given if a straight red card is shown. A player receiving two yellows that result in a red card will not trigger the refund.

The maximum refund you can receive is £10 per eligible match and if you have multiple bets on the game, the refund will only apply to your first settled bet.

If a straight red card is shown and you are due a refund, it will be credited within 24 hours of the match ending and can be used on sports bets at odds of 1/2 (1.50) or greater.

Free bets are valid for 7 days before they expire.
