With around 30 different sports available to bet on at Grosvenor, there is a good selection for customers. You’ll find all of the most popular sports such as football, tennis, rugby, boxing and horse racing as well as some less popular sports such as handball, surfing and volleyball. It’s unlikely that you’ll not find the sport you’re looking for and Grosvenor easily matches the range of more established bookmakers.
You’ll find all available sports listed in the sidebar on the Grosvenor homepage under the ‘All Sports’ tab.
See the table below for a full list of available sports.
In regards to the number of available markets, it depends on which sport you are looking at. There are a good number of markets for high-profile football matches in leagues such as the English Premier League and Spanish La Liga and less in lower league matches. However, overall, we were satisfied with the markets on offer. Everything from match result to whether or not a penalty would be awarded are covered for most games and there are some fun special bets such as whether there will be odd or even goals or which players will receive a card.
All in-play events which are available to bet on can be found via the ‘In-Play’ tab in the sidebar. Events for sports such as football, tennis, basketball, volleyball and every other sport you can think of are covered and categorised for easy access. We were slightly disappointed with the number of in-play markets available on Grosvenor Sport as even for some of the more popular football matches, the number of markets were significantly less than at some other bookmakers. However, if you are mainly interested in the more popular markets then you will most likely not find it an issue.
The odds available at Grosvenor seemed competitive when we compared them on football markets against some of the more established bookmakers and we were able to find a few which were significantly better.
Unfortunately, live streaming of sporting events is not a feature which Grosvenor currently provides. This is one area where we feel Grosvenor can improve on as many bookmakers offer streaming across a number of sports such as football, horse racing and greyhounds.
Customer support at Grovenor is available around the clock via live chat, email and telephone. It’s good to see support available 24/7, especially via multiple channels and in our experience, we have found the support team to be very quick to respond and extremely helpful. You’re usually connected to a live chat support agent in under a minute which is probably the preferred contact method for most. Emails are generally responded to within a few hours and if you prefer a more direct approach, telephone support is also available 24 hours a day.
You can find the contact details for Grosvenor in the sidebar on this page.
The Grosvenor app is available for Android, iOS and Windows devices and can be downloaded for free. The app works perfectly and is extremely easy to navigate between sports and markets. If you intend on using Grosvenor on a regular basis then we recommend downloading the app for both quick access to your account and for the benefit of receiving push notifications which will alert you when there are promotions such as free bets and price boosts which you may otherwise miss out on.
Grosvenor is predominantly a casino brand and you’ll notice this when visiting the homepage of the website. However, by clicking on the sports icon at the top of the page will take you to the sportsbook which has a unique look and feel to it. The homepage is mainly populated with in-play events but there is easy access to the majority of sports and events via the sidebar which contains quick links to popular events and a long list of sports.
Once a sport has been selected, you’re able to filter the results further by league or the time of the event. You can also change the default market which is shown in the results from match-winner to various other markets such as total goals, half betting or whether or not a red card will be shown.
Overall, we found the Grosvenor Sports website to be good and we experienced no issues with it whatsoever.
Customers betting on sports at Grosvenor also have the option to Cash Out their bets. Using the cash out feature, you can settle your bet early for a guaranteed return. Cash out is available on selected sports and markets and you can view which of your bets are eligible for cash out by clicking on ‘My Bets’ in the sidebar. From here, if a bet is eligible for cash out, a cash out button will be displayed alongside it.
