You’ll find the most markets for football matches in popular league and competitions as you would expect to. For matches in the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga and German Bundesliga, Karamba offers well over 100 markets. These include match winner, over/under goals, period betting and a number of special bets. Overall, we’d expect not many users to have any issues with the markets available.
After comparing the odds at Karamba to those offered by more established bookmakers, we found them to be competitive. Focusing on football and horse racing, some were better and some were worse but overall, they ultimately hold their own in this department.
If you’re looking to bet on any UK or Irish horse race then you’ll have no problem doing so at Karamba. All major races and festivals are covered along with a small selection of international meetings. For when there are no horse races taking place, customers can head to th Virtual Sports section and bet on virtual racing along with other sports if they wish.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many regular horse racing offers available at Karamba which may put some punters off. Best Odds Guaranteed would be a welcome addition but is sadly unavailable.

All in-play events at Karamba can be found by clicking on the ‘In-Play’ tab in the main navbar. In-play events are categorised by sport for quick navigation and there is usually a good selection of football, tennis, basketball, cricket and other sports taking place around the world at any one time.
Similar to pre-match markets, there is an impressive amount for in-play events. Even lower-league football matches have 60+ in-play markets, all with competitive odds.
Although live streaming isn’t available on Karamba, they do provide customers with a visual representation of current events. For football, this shows when a team is attacking, when there is a throw-in, goal or corner or when a substitution has been made.
There are also in-play stats which are available which gives users information on how each team is performing.
Karamba doesn’t currently provide live streaming of any sports. As mentioned above, there are a good range of in-play stats available and a live graphical representation of current events though which can help customers determine the best bets to place based on how the game is going.
Karamba provides customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via both email and live chat. There is also a phone number which you can call if you would prefer to speak with someone directly. Phone support is available from 6am to 11pm (GMT) 7 days a week.
Upon testing, we were connected to a live chat support agent in around 30 seconds which is excellent. Our email was replied to within under 12 hours which is also satisfactory.
On top of customer support, Karamba also provide a ‘Help’ and ‘FAQ’ section which contains a wealth of information about how the site works and answers to common questions around privacy, bonuses, deposits & withdrawals, cashing out, account issues and more.
Karamba provides separate apps for their sports betting and casino products, both of which are free to download for Android and iOS devices from the associated app stores. Despite there being separate apps for sports betting and casino, you can still access both casino and live casino games through the sports betting app and so this should be the choice of the two if you plan on placing sports and casino wagers.
Although the Karamba app may not be the most attractive betting app available, it is functional and provides users with quick access to their accounts and easy navigation between betting markets.
The A-Z of sports icon allows users to quickly navigate to a sport of their choice and they can filter the results further by quickly selecting a league or competition from the next page.
The in-play events pages are probably the best part of the app with pages well laid out and attractive in-play stats and ‘match-tracker’ graphics available with a tap of the screen.
We don’t consider the Karamba website to be the best but it doesn’t have any major issues. We’re not a big fan of the colour scheme and some of the graphics seem low-quality but again these aren’t huge negatives.
Thankfully, navigation around the site is quick and easy thanks to a good layout and a long list of sports and ‘featured links’ in the sidebar and current in-play events, which are categorised by sport, can quickly be found on the homepage.
Other sections of the Karamba site can be found by clicking on the menu tab. These include the VIP club, help sections and of course, the promotions page which contains the latest offers for the sportsbook and casino.
Cash out is a feature which is available at Karamba and allows you to settle your bet early for a predetermined amount. Cash out is currently available on selected sports and markets and customers can see which of their bets are eligible for cash out by clicking on the ‘Cash Out’ tab on their bet slip. Every open bet with the Cash Out feature available will have a Cash Out button. If you are happy with the cash out amount displayed, simply click on the button to confirm the cash out and the amount will automatically be added to your cash balance.
As well as a top-quality sportsbook, Karamba also provide customers with an online casino and live casino.
