Matt’s NAP came in again last week and he narrowly missed out on both his double and treble in his FA Cup third-round tips. However, that win meant it was another profitable week for all who followed Matt’s tips and this week we’re back to Premier League action with a NAP in the big game between Liverpool and Manchester United on Sunday as well as a North London double and an Over/Under treble.
This game will part of my over/under goals treble this week. I have a feeling with this being a local derby that it will be quite a tense affair and given that West Brom have conceded nine goals in their last two games, I think Sam Allardyce will be concentrating on defence. I’ll be going for Under 2.5 goals in this match.

The second part of my treble will be Over 2.5 goals in the Leeds v Brighton game. I think the potential for goals in this game is quite strong. Brighton will most likely look at this game as one which they can get three points from and should go about attacking this game given the position they’re currently in. Leeds are vulnerable at the back having only managed two clean sheets in their last seven with those being against Burnley and West Brom. Also, only one of Leeds’ last seven matches have finished with Under 2.5 goals. I fancy both teams to score but I think over 2.5 Goals is a decent bet in this game.

The final part of the treble will be an Under 2.5 Goals bet in this match. West Ham have struggled with finding the net a bit recently and Burnley are never full of goals so the likelihood of Under 2.5 goals in this game is quite strong. Six of Burnley’s last seven games have also seen two goals or fewer.

I’m not sure I can trust Chelsea at their current price of 3/5 or so. Fulham have picked up a bit and look more organised having picked up a bag full of draws in a row (5 draws for their last 5 league games which included draws against Liverpool, Southampton & Tottenham). If I was to have a small bet in this game I may have a small punt on the draw at over 3/1 but it’s not one that really tempts me.

I think this game has the potential for goals and so if I was to have a punt, it would probably be on Over 2.5 Goals. Although, I worry a little bit that Danny Ings may not play which is a bit of a concern as the Saints haven’t been firing in the goals recently. Given the injury problems we have got, I’d probably side with Leicester slightly at odds of 6/7 but it’s not one I’m overly confident about.

Spurs at 4/6 is a little short but I think they may win this match comfortably. I think Sheff Utd may have expanded a lot of emotional energy getting their win against Newcastle in midweek and so Spurs -1 may be a bet I’d go with to give the odds a bit of a boost. However, I’ll be going for a straight Spurs win in a double this week with Arsenal to beat Newcastle.

This will be my NAP this week. I think Liverpool at even money is good. They’ve gone three games without a win and they’re not the type of team to keep that going. I can’t remember the time they went four games without winning. Despite United’s fantastic form at the moment, I think it will be Liverpool who respond better to the pressure of this game.

This game isn’t one that really entices me in terms of having a bet. I can see Palace digging in and perhaps sneaking a draw at 15/2 but at the same time, if City get an early goal, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them bag four or five. It’s not one that excites from a betting perspective but if I was having a punt, it would probably be a small one on a draw at those odds.

Arsenal to win here will be going in my double with Spurs. Although Arsenal didn’t create too much against Palace, I can’t see them going another 90 minutes at home without scoring. You don’t really see Newcastle being too adventurous and I think Arsenal will break them down at some point.
