GreatBet isn’t a name in the betting world that many will have heard of but the company behind the brand has been operating for over 10 years.
GreatBet is owned by Gr8odds which has been operating licenced betting shops since 2010. The company was formed by Richard Thomas with his brother Danny who opened their first bookmaker shop in March of 2010 in Wembley with the aim of offering excellent customer service and competitive odds.

The GreatBet website uses the ‘A BET A’ platform and uses the same odds as others in the network such as SkillBet and Ken Howells. We wouldn’t go as far to say the prices on offer at GreatBet are bad but they’re certainly no match for some of the bigger bookies.

There is no welcome offer available to new customers and things like daily price boosts, free bets and money back specials, which many punters have become accustomed to with online betting sites, are not to be found.
However, the good news is that GreatBet do offer Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing. It’s available on every single UK race, 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year.
