Bet365 walked away with 2 of the top prizes at this week’s EGR Operator Awards in London. Held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane the EGR Awards are recognised as one of the top accolades for gambling sites targeting the UK market.
The winners of the EGR Awards are judged by an independent panel of gambling industry experts and were presented on Thursday 24th October in front of a packed audience of over 800 professionals from the betting and gaming sector. The 2019 Judges including betting analyst Ivor Jones from Peel Hunt and Simon Davies from Deutsche Bank.
It was no surprise to anyone attending when Bet365 were announced as the 2019 winner of the Sports Betting Operator Award with the Stoke based company previously having won the same Award in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 !!
The shortlist for this category included William Hill and Skybet as well as relative newcomers such as Pointsbet and Sportsbet.io.
365 also won the InPlay Operator Title for 2019 having also won this 5 times previously.
