The Champions League resumes on Friday 7th August with four fixtures scheduled over two days for the 2nd leg of the remaining round 16 ties. Eight teams will make it through to the quarter-finals which will begin just days later on Wednesday 12th August, followed by the semi-finals and the final which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on Sunday 23rd August.

Due to the draw, an all-English Champions League final is possible with both Manchester City and Chelsea still remaining in the competition on either side of the draw. Champions League semi-final fixtures will take place over two days on 18th & 19th August.
The 2020 Champions League Final is scheduled to take place on Sunday 23rd August at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica in Lisbon, Portugal. The Champions League final was held here in 2014 when Real Madrid beat Spanish rivals Atlético Madrid 4-1 after extra time to win the competition for the tenth time.
