His style is high-pressure and aggressive football, and he is credited with helping develop existing young talent like Raphinha, Pedri, and Lamine Yamal. They claimed five of the six Spanish trophies on offer during his first two seasons, which earned Flick a contract extension through 2028.

The German’s big goal is winning the Champions League with Barcelona, which would be the first time since 2015.
