This evening we head to the London Road circuit Romford with three selections for whichbookie readers. Catch all the action live on the dedicated Attheraces greyhound website, via the Sky Sports Racing red button or on bookmakers streaming services. 

The A11 graded race at 8.19 over the four-bend 400 metre trip at Romford can go to youngster RUN FREDA RUN who lines up from T2. The Martin Wiley trained July 23 daughter of Tenpin caught my eye last time out on what was only her third run, following a tardy exit from the boxes and an early bump Freda showed nice pace throughout and hinted that she will be above this grade granted a clear run. This evening its all eyes on the break, if she traps better and grabs the rails she will prove hard to beat. Knockna Bingo rates as the danger from T5, she can show early pace and could be the one to challenge our selection into the corner.

The six-bend S3 graded race at 8.54 can go to improving youngster HOLLYWOOD LILLY who runs from T1. The May 23 daughter of Explosive Boy bolted up on 575 metre debut last time out leading at the fifth ben before powering clear. Tonight, if she gets it right at the boxes she has a chance to lead off the second bend, do that and its race on. Bish Bosh Bashy (T5) has kept good company in recent weeks and looks the main danger. Young Velvet (T6) is three from seven in this grade and could attract support from what looks an excellent draw out in T6.

The third and final selection this evening is DROOPYS SAOIRSE (T1) in the A2 graded race at 9.28. The Paul Young trained railer is a solid course an distance performer with a record of three from ten in this grade. Tonight, if Saoirse brings her trapping boots she can hold the rails and hit the back straight on the bunny. Once in the lead shes a 24.10 type of performer, a repeat of that should see her take this. Zenith Legend (T3) is very lightly raced and is worth noting in the market. Fiacres Pal (T5) is another who will be improving in the coming weeks and could well prove to be an open class performer rather than running in graded action this summer.
