Acca Insurance is an offer which can ease that pain by refunding your stake should one of your selections lose.

Acca Insurance FAQs
How do I claim my refund?
Providing your accumulator bet has met the requirements of the offer, you will receive a refund if one of your selections doesn’t win. The bookmaker usually credited your free bet automatically upon your bet settling so check your account shortly after for your free bet. Be aware that it’s likely that the bookie will credit your free bet after ALL legs of your accumulator have settled and not just your losing one.
Can I place an acca with more selections than stated in the offer?
The vast majority of the time, yes. A bookmaker will usually state the minimum number of selections and if so, you can add more if you wish. There may be occasional offers which require a specific number of legs but these are relatively rare.
Will I receive a refund if more than one of my selections lose?
It depends on the individual offer but with the majority of them, exactly one of your selections must lose in order to receive the refund. If two or more lose, your bet will simply be marked as lost.
What does 5 fold+ mean?
A 5 fold acca is one that contains 5 selections, similar to a 6 fold acca which contains 6 selections and so on. The plus sign (+) which follows it simply means that you can add more selections if you wish. For example, a 5 fold+ acca requires you to place an acca containing 5 or more selections. Any accas placed with less than 5 selections will not qualify but accas with 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 10 etc selections will.
What other Acca offers are there?
As well as Acca Insurance, some bookmakers run additional offers which may be of interest to you. There are two main additional acca offers:
Acca Profit Boosts
With Acca Profit Boosts, you are credited with additional winnings should your acca win. Unlike with Acca Insurance offers where you receive a bonus if your acca loses, Acca Profit Boosts reward you for picking winners. With most acca profit boost offers, the amount of additional profits you will receive if your acca wins will depend on how many legs are in your acca. The more selections, the bigger your boost! Acca profit boost offers can credit you from anywhere between 5% to 100% of additional winnings on winning accumulators and a number of bookies offer this promotion such as Sportingbet, Fun88 and Bet365.
Free Bet on Win
‘Free Bet on Win’ is another offer type which rewards you for landing a winning acca bet. Instead of giving you a percentage of additional winnings, you are credited with a free bet. Sportingbet are one bookmaker which offers this promotion to customers on the ‘Both Teams to Score’ market of all football matches. If your BTTS acca containing 4 or more selections wins, you will receive a free bet to the value of your stake up to a maximum of £10.
