STSBet Review

Everything you need to know about STSBet

STSBet is an online casino and sportsbook brand which originates from Poland where they are extremely popular and sponsor some of the top Polish football clubs. Since moving to Malta, the brand is now available to customers in various other countries such as Germany and the UK.

In this STSBet review, we’ll be taking a look at what the bookmaker has to offer in terms of betting offers, odds, customer support, betting markets, features and more.

Every sport which you’d expect to find at a good online bookie is featured on STSBet such as football, tennis, rugby, basketball, boxing and golf. However, one sport which is missing from STSBet is horse racing. Given horse racing is the most popular sport to bet on in the UK, this will put some potential customers off. If horse racing isn’t of interest to you, then it should be less of an issue. As there are 30+ featured sports, you’ll also find some less popular ones such as bowls, chess, table tennis and bandy.

Odds at STSBet are competitive when compared to some of the top bookmakers, especially for sports such as football and tennis. We were also impressed with the number of betting markets available across most sports. The majority of high-profile football matches have between 150 and 200 markets available which is excellent with customers being able to bet on halves, corners, cards, players, handicaps and more.

In-Play Betting

In-Play events which are available to bet on can be found by clicking on the ‘In-Play’ link in the main navbar on the STSBet website. All in-play events are categorised by sport for easy navigation and the wide-view layout makes viewing in-play odds much easier.

Clicking on an individual event opens up the in-play page which contains all of the available in-play betting markets. For football, there is generally a good selection of in-play markets and odds again seem competitive. There is also a range of stats for the vast majority of events along with a graphical representation of what is currently happening. For example, for a football match, the graphic will show which team is attacking, when there is a corner or when a substitution is being made etc. This can be very helpful when placing in-play bets as for example, you may not want to back a team to score next when the opposing team is about to take a corner,

Live Streaming

Live streaming of sports is available on STSBet. At the time of writing this review, there were only snooker and table tennis streams available but STSBet do claim to provide streams for thousands of sporting events.

To view which events are available to be streamed, head over to the In_Play section and click on the ‘Video’ icon in the top left corner. You’ll then be able to select a live event from the list and access the stream once logged into your STSBet account.

One good thing about the STSBet live streaming service is that it is free of charge and you can even watch it with a zero account balance.y bookies require you to have a positive balance to access streams and so this is a big bonus.

Customer Service

Unfortunately, STSBet doesn’t provide many options to get in touch with their support team. In fact, email is the only option currently with no live chat or telephone support options available. However, upon testing, we did receive a reply to our email within a few hours and were happy with the response. You can contact STSBet by emailing [email protected]

STSBet App

Unfortunately, STSBet do not currently provide a mobile betting app. Given the increase of mobile betting over recent years, this is slightly surprising and we hope to see STSBet release an Android and iOS app in the near future.

The Website

The STSBet website provides quick access to tens of thousands of sports betting markets along with a range of online casino games and virtual sports bets. The website itself is attractive with the brand’s stand-out colours of blue and orange featuring across the site and you’ll also notice a number of sporting individuals on promos which you may recognise such as ex-Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel and Swiss football coach, Martin Schmidt who are brand ambassadors.

The website is easy to navigate with quick links to the sportsbook, casino, virtuals, e-sports, promotions and other sections in the main navbar. There is also a long list of sports in the sidebar and the latest and most popular STSBet promotions opposite.

The website isn’t extremely quick to load and there can be a slight delay with pages fully loading but it’s not so bad where it is much of an issue.

Overall, we like the STSBet website. It’s clean, attractive and easy to navigate.

Online Casino

Customers at STSBet will also have access to the STSBet casino which is host to hundreds of online casino games ranging from blackjack, roulette and slots to video poker baccarat and jacks or better.

As you’d expect, the majority of the games in the STSBet casino are online slots of which there is a huge number of. Players can enjoy slots from game providers such as NetEnt, Red Tiger, Play’NGo, Microgaming, Thunderkick, Push Gaming, Elk Studios, Relax Gaming, Wazdan and many more.

With slots from so many providers, it’s likely that you’ll find what you’re looking for with all the most popular slots featuring such as Book of Dead, Starburst, Immortal Romance, Narcos and more.

STSBet also provides a live casino where players can play various games with live dealers and croupiers. There are over 25 live casino games available which include games such as Roulette, Blackjack, Casino Hold’em, Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Baccarat, Triple Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dragon Tiger, Dream Catcher, Lightning Dice, Deal or No Deal and more.

The majority of customers won’t be disappointed with the available banking options at STSBet with most of the main methods covered. As well as debit & credit card transactions, STSBet accept a range of e-wallets and Prepaid cards such as Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard and more.

Summary

Overall, STSBet is a solid betting site which has a lot to offer. New customers can take advantage of the generous STSBet welcome offer and existing customers can enjoy a £5 free bet every week through the STSBet Loyalty Club.

The STSBet website is attractive and easy to navigate around and odds seem competitive compared to more established UK bookmakers.

The only negatives are the absence of horse racing and a STSBet app.
