Sports & Betting Markets

With over 40 different sports to bet on at MapleBet, you won’t be short of choice. Sporting events around the world are covered which means that there are always events to bet on throughout the day and night. The only flaw is the lack of UK & Irish horse racing but apart from that, pretty much every sport you can think of is available.

Football, Tennis, Golf, Darts, Basketball, Ice Hockey and more are covered as well as sports which you may not usually bet on such as Sailing, Handball and Floorball.

As well as an excellent coverage of sports, we were also impressed by the number of betting markets available for events at MapleBet. Football matches have the most markets with many Premier League, La Liga and Serie A matches having several hundred different betting options.

The odds on offer at MapleBet are also good and stacked up well against the more established bookies such as Bet365, William Hill and Betfred.

MapleBet is a great choice if you bet on Esports with the vast majority of the top leagues and competitions covered such as Rainbow Six, League of Legends (LOL), Call Of Duty (COD), Counter-Strike: GO (CS:GO), StarCraft 2(SC2) and more. You may not expect many markets for these events but there are several options such as the Match Winner, Odd/Even Kills, Game Betting and dozens of others.

Horse Racing

As mentioned above, one area in which MapleBet, and other Progress Play bookmakers, are lacking is with horse racing. Only racing in the USA is covered which means customers are unable to bet on any UK, Irish or races taking place in other parts of the world. If you bet on horse racing regularly then it would be a good idea to have an account with another bookmaker such as Bet365Betfair or Betfred who have an excellent coverage of horse racing and offer Best Odds Guaranteed, regular Extra Places and other racing offers which you won’t find at MapleBet.

In-Play Betting

MapleBet is an excellent choice for all your in-play bets as not only do they offer competitive odds on live events, they also have some very nice in-play betting tools.

At MapleBet, customers are able to use the Live Multiview feature to add selected events to a single page which allows them to monitor multiple events all in one place. If there are multiple live events which you are betting on at the same time, this is a very handy feature to keep track of them all at once and be able to view the odds, live scores and stats.

There is also a Live Calendar to view upcoming events for the week ahead as well as a database of Results which spans back all year to track past performances and results to help determine the best bets to place.

Just like with their pre-match odds, in-play odds at MapleBet are good and we found little difference compared to the bigger bookies.

Live Streaming

Live streaming of sporting events is not currently a feature which is available at MapleBet yet. However, there are in-play stats available for most events and a Match Tracker which is like a digital representation of a stream showing you what is happening in a sporting event such as if a team is taking a corner, if a substitution has been made or if a penalty has been awarded. Although not as good as a live stream, they are useful tools to have when betting in-play.

Customer Service

Customer support at MapleBet is available via Live Chat and Email with both options being accessed by clicking on the contact link at the bottom of any page on the MapleBet website.

Upon testing, our email was replied to within a matter of hours and we were satisfied with the response and when opening live chat, we were connected in under 10 seconds which was excellent.

Both email and live chat support is available from 8am in the morning until midnight 7 days a week.

MapleBet App

The MapleBet website is fully mobile optimised which means that the website displays perfectly on all devices. Unfortunately, a mobile app is not currently available for MapleBet users but adding a shortcut icon to the screen of your phone or tablet should result in a similar experience.

Through the mobile website, you’re able to access all parts of the MapleBet website such as pre-match & in-play betting markets, casino games, account settings and more.

MapleBet Casino

Over 600 different games are featured in the MapleBet Casino which gives customers who like to bet on casino as well as sports an excellent choice.

If online slots are your game, you’ll be pleased to hear that there are 400+ of these with many classics and new titles available and new ones added on a regular basis.

The 400+ slots are provided by 40+ different game developers which means that there should be something for everyone. Users are also able to filter the games by game provider which is an especially nice feature which should be available at all online casinos.

As well as a good selection of slots, there are various versions of Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Baccarat and other table games.

Your sports balance can be used to play at the casino so there is no need to transfer funds between wallets.

MapleBet Live Casino

NetEnt and Evolution Gaming are the two biggest suppliers of live casino games and both feature at MapleBet Live Casino. There are 50+ live casino games to choose from with the majority being Blackjack tables at different min & max stakes but  Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Three Card Poker and Live Dragon Tiger also feature.

Live casino games have become increasingly popular over the past couple of years with new games being released on a regular basis. Unfortunately, some of the most popular live casino games from Evolution gaming such as Crazy Time, Deal or No Deal Live, and Monopoly Live are not available yet at MapleBet.

MapleBet Virtual Sports

Virtual sports are available 24/7 at MapleBet meaning that there is something to bet on day and night. Virtual Football, Virtual Horse Racing, Virtual Tennis, Virtual Greyhounds, Virtual Speedway, Virtual Trotting and Virtual Motor Racing are all available with computer-simulated events starting every couple of minutes for each sport.

For each event there are a number of betting markets just like in a real event. For example, for virtual football matches, you can bet on the match winner, half time result, winning margin, team to score first and much more.

Banking

It’s always good to see a bookmaker provide a number of options for deposits and withdrawals and that is exactly what you get at MapleBet. E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller can be used for both funding your account and withdrawing and have proven to be a popular choice at many betting sites due to the very fast withdrawal times compared to bank withdrawals. There is also a number of other banking methods available which can be seen in the table below.

Summary

MapleBet is an all-round good betting site which we found little wrong with. The lack of horse racing coverage may bother some potential customers but aside from that, they offer competitive odds, a good number of betting markets across 40+ sports, an online casino with 600+ games as well as excellent customer service.
