However, the sports which are missing on Pokerstars Sports are most likely not ones which you’ll miss and we’re confident that sports which you bet on, can be found on Pokerstars Sports. There are a good number of betting markets for the majority of sports at Pokerstars Sports. Taking a look at Premier League football matches, although we have come across bookmakers which offer a lot more markets, there is still in excess of 100 markets available to bet on which gives customers a good choice.

In-Play Betting

Click on the In-Play tab and you’ll be able to view all of the live events currently taking place which you can bet on. The layout of the in-play section at Pokerstars Sports is particularly nice with a very clean and attractive design. Live events are categorised by sport for quick access and you can flick between fractional, decimal and American odds at the top of the list of events. For in-play football matches, we liked the football shirt icons which relate to the team they are alongside. This is just a little touch but looks good and actually helps you find the match you’re looking for a bit quicker.

In-play odds at Pokerstars Sports seem reasonable. We compared them to some of the top online bookies and found that they were there or thereabouts in comparison. Overall, we had no complaints about the odds on offer.

Live Streaming

Customers at Pokerstars Sports can watch horse racing live via live streams. Currently, no other sports are available to stream on Pokerstars Sports. Races which are available to stream will display the ‘Play’ icon next to them and to watch these races you must have placed a bet on that race.

Streams provided by At The Races can be streamed via web browser, the poker client and via mobile and tablet devices whereas streams provided by Racing UK can only be accessed via a web browser.

Customer Service

Unfortunately, customer service is not one of Pokerstars Sports’ strong points. It’s not that their support team is of a below-average standard but more that the contact options are lacking to say the least. Going off what other bookmakers offer currently, you would expect any bookmaker to offer at a minimum email and phone support. However, phone support is not available at Pokerstars Sports and neither is Live Chat. Instead, customers have the option to either get in touch with the support team via email or via the contact form on the website. This really isn’t good enough as members who have urgent queries will have to wait for a reply via email which could take up to 24 hours.

We would like Pokerstars Sports to add more support options in the future with a priority being live chat which is the most popular contact method used at online betting sites.

Pokerstars Sports App

Pokerstars Sports customers have the advantage of being able to bet through the Pokerstars Sports app and having instant access to thousands of betting markets at their fingertips wherever they are. 

The Pokerstars Sports app is free to download and is available for both Android and iOS devices. The app is very similar to the Pokerstars Sports mobile website and features everything which is on the desktop website. Users can place sports bets and access other features of the site such as cash out, in-play markets and account settings.

We found the Pokerstars Sports app to be easy to use, fast to load and all-in-all a very pleasing experience.

The Pokerstars Sports website is clean and bright and the boxed layout makes it feel more like a standard website that a bookmaker. Pokerstars Sports doesn’t actually have an online casino. However, just as Pokerstars Sports is the sports betting side of Pokerstars, Pokerstars Casino is the casino side. All three websites feature in the header of each site which encourages users to get involved in as many as possible.

Pokerstars Casino has a huge number of games ranging from online slots to roulette, blackjack, baccarat and more. There are hundreds of slots to choose from provided by various game developers such as Playtech and NetEnt and featuring favourites such as Book of Dead, Dead or Alive and Starburst.
